hopTo Announces Expansion of its Executive Team with the Addition of Vice President of Product, Robin Brandl
CAMPBELL, Calif. — (December 2, 2014) — hopTo Inc. (OTCQB: HPTO), developer of the most comprehensive mobile productivity platform, announces today that Robin Brandl has joined hopTo’s leadership team as its Vice President of Product.
Robin joins hopTo from Microsoft, where he was most recently responsible for helping launch and drive sales for Microsoft’s Enterprise Mobility Suite with Microsoft’s EPG customers in the Americas. During his 5 year tenure with Microsoft, Robin has been successful as their enterprise client and desktop virtualization sales lead and was responsible for driving mobility, BYOD, and desktop virtualization business in North America working with Microsoft’s customers across verticals and sizes. Additionally, he achieved great success in his responsibilities that ranged from understanding global enterprise architecture, embracing the client’s technology profile, and advancing the client’s IT operational maturity. Robin is known for understanding and evangelizing customer requirements while driving proper solutions to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
He also held roles as Microsoft’s senior sales strategy manager for desktop virtualization and as an account technology strategist.

Prior to Microsoft, Robin worked at Citrix where he began to apply his experience as a customer with his innate ability to take complex technologies and make them understandable and applicable to business. It was at Citrix where Robin made the jump from Senior Sales Engineer to Global Microsoft Evangelist. While working on Citrix’s Microsoft Relationship team, Robin traveled the globe meeting with joint Microsoft and Citrix customers and partners.
